Founder & History
Lee Siu Hin, founder and general manager of E-TeamMed (Tianmusi Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.), holds two Master’s degrees from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona — MS Engineering (Aerospace) and a Master of Public Administration. Over two decades he worked in aerospace engineering with achievements in small portable UAV research, and reported as a war correspondent from conflict zones worldwide, publishing over a hundred news reports and academic papers.
He has long served as head of the US-based Action LA Foundation, received the Outstanding Service Award from the US Alliance For Global Justice, and was a Wuxi “Project 530” awardee (Q2 2010) — one of China’s highest honors for start-up high-tech talent. The team holds two Chinese software copyrights related to this technology.
Founded in 2008, registered in Beijing with an office in Wuxi (with planned R&D centers in Shanghai and Beijing), E-TeamMed adapts military C4SIR emergency-rescue medical management platforms and location intelligence technology into a civilian remote medical management platform, focusing on remote medical monitoring, smart emergency response and senior care.
