Lee Siu Hin (李小轩) is the founder and general manager of E-TeamMed (天母斯信息技术, Beijing). He holds two Master’s degrees from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA, USA: MS Engineering (Aerospace) and a Master’s in Public Administration — one technical, one political — with the aim of using social-development forecasting and his understanding of high-tech industries to develop research projects with long-term strategy.
Twenty Years of Cross-Discipline Experience
For twenty years he has worked in aerospace engineering, with achievements in small portable unmanned aircraft research, while also working as a war journalist in several conflict zones around the world, learning the real performance of weapons on the battlefield. On the other side, he applies his public-administration and demographic-analysis training to research a new generation of urban management theory with on-line digital mapping.
For over a decade he has led research projects at several American foundations and published more than a hundred news reports, academic papers and related articles.
Public Affairs & International Honors
In public affairs, he has long been the leader of the Action LA Foundation in the USA and a member of the medical affairs group of Hong Kong’s DAB. He received the Outstanding Service Award from the US Alliance for Global Justice, and in 2010 won the Wuxi “Project 530” award — one of the highest honors for start-up high-tech scientists in China.
The Origin of E-TeamMed Technology
The inspiration for E-TeamMed came from his aerospace and military C4SIR research and his design of emergency-rescue unmanned aircraft, where he discovered that military medical management platforms and location-intelligence technology could be transformed into a highly effective civilian remote medical management platform. He holds two Chinese software copyrights related to this technology.
